The invoice management page lists your most recent invoices or income entered into the system.
There are several things you can do on this page:
- View Invoice Options
- Toggle Paid/Unpaid
- Duplicate Invoice (useful for regular repetitive work.)
- Edit/Delete Invoice
- View PDF
Is the invoice paid?
This is one of the most useful features of this page. For example, have a look at the following image; you can tell at a glance who has or has not paid you. The amounts in a RED box are unpaid, those in a GREEN box are paid.
If we take a look at a single line we can see details similar to the one shown below:
We can see left to right the date of the invoice, who it was assigned to, the invoice number, the amount, a copy button, edit and finally view PDF.
Clicking on the invoice number button will take us to a page where we can send or view more details.
If you have received payment for an invoice, you can mark it paid by clicking on the RED amount box and turning it green. You can also toggle it back to red to mark it unpaid.
